Returns & Refunds Policy

At Stargaze India, our goal is to provide memorable experiences under the stars and through immersive VR. Since we deal only in services, our refund policy is different from typical product-based businesses.

Stargazing Events

  • Refunds are applicable only in case of bad weather that prevents us from conducting the event.

  • In such cases, you may choose to:

    • Receive a full refund, OR

    • Adjust your booking to the next available event date.

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made by guests for reasons other than bad weather.

VR Experiences

  • VR sessions require advance slot booking and resources to be allocated.

  • If you cancel after booking, only a 50% refund will be issued.

  • Alternatively, you may choose to reschedule your session (subject to availability).

  • No full refunds will be issued once a slot is blocked, as it prevents us from accommodating other guests.

General Terms

  • Refunds (where applicable) will be processed to your original payment method.

  • We do not specify a fixed refund timeline, as weather-based cancellations are event-dependent.

  • No “returns” or “gift credits” apply, since our services are non-transferable once booked.
